By registering for or using Aeiforia Pay, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Aeiforia Pay. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and identity verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Aeiforia Pay is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Aeiforia Pay allows you to deposit, withdraw, and transfer funds using supported payment methods, including mobile money and card payments. Transactions are processed through licensed third-party payment partners. Transaction times may vary based on the payment method and provider used.

Applicable fees for transactions will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Fees may change over time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

You agree not to use Aeiforia Pay for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You agree to provide identity verification documents as required by applicable financial regulations. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted account functionality.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory obligation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aeiforia Pay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
